2010s
In Oct 2010, the previous Zhenhua firm was reformed to Shanghai Zhenhua Bearing Factory Company Limited thru innovation on mechanism and system in line with Company Law of the PRC and Requirements of the Central Government on Accelerating Corporate System Reform of State-Owned Enterprises. In 2010 Zhenhua Bearing was acquired into PMC as high quality asset.

1990s
In 1991, in accordance with Shanghai Development Planning to develop auto sector as its first pillar industry, Xinhua Bearing Factory was merged with the previous Shanghai Zhenxing Chemical Plant to form Shanghai Zhenhua Bearing Factory. In 1994 the Company was renamed as Shanghai Zhenhua Bearing General Factory. In 1995, the Company set up a partial JV with internationally renowned bearing firm SKF from Swede. Through the JV, the Company introduced internationally advanced bearing manufacturing equipment, advanced technology and management, to produce first class auto bearings.
