Complicated corrosion environment – metro and pipe gallery

SHTCB provided Greenkote® coating to T bolts used on pipe gallery of Shanghai and Tianjin metro system etc., altogether 1.5 million sets of coated bolts have been delivered. Wind power bolts

After passing best property test and hang up test by Goldwind Science & Technology, the largest wind power manufacturer in China, Greenkote® sherardized coating has become technical standards of all models of their offshore and onshore wind power turbine. SHTCB is currently the sole powder sherardizing supplier recognized by Goldwind Science & Technology. From 2018, all bolts not exceeding M20 on any models of Goldwind Science & Technology wind power turbine have applied Greenkote® coating.

Lufeng Jiahuwan Power Plant of Guangdong Baolihua Group

Invested and built by Guangdong Baolihua Group, Lufeng Jiahuwan Power Plant is a demonstration base of green power located by the coast of Guangdong Jiahuwa (Jiahu Bay). The Power Plant will install 8 sets of 1000MW ultra super critical power generation units according to the plan, and in first phase they have installed 2 sets. Anti-corrosion target of the power plant is no corrosion in 30 years.
